  • Is insurance accepted?

    Insurance cannot be used to cover the cost of coaching sessions.

  • How do I pay for coaching sessions?

    Venmo, re-occurring debit, and PayPal.

  • What if I need to cancel an appointment?

    To prevent paying the $75 no-show/late cancel fee, you must let me know within 24 hours of the appointment if you are unable to attend the session.
