About Megan
I bring a lot of myself into my work with others.
I hold the belief that as humans, we all navigate our share of challenges and sufferings. My journey and its sufferings has been a profound teacher, revealing my inner wounds and illuminating the wisdom that begs to shine. Embracing my own experiences and working as a therapist, I've gained a deeper understanding of the human condition. So much of me as a coach is who I am as a person in this world. Coaching and my history as a therapist are more than jobs; they're a calling, driven by a sincere desire to support others in their growth, healing, and the discovery of their inner strength. I fully believe that when we learn to love ourselves, we step into embodied liberation. Embodied liberation means to reclaim the power that lives in every single human. In my personal life, I prioritize activities that nourish my mind, body, and spirit. Whether playing outdoors with my family and friends, committing to my yoga and meditation practice, diving into a good book, feeling moved through live music, or simply doing nothing, each holds a special place. I must say, doing nothing is priceless.
